Funding source requirements
Projects funded by state grants, federal formula funds, water bonds, Proposition funds, SRF loans, or FEMA reimbursement carry their own documentation and reporting obligations. Failing to meet them puts reimbursement at risk long after construction is complete. We identify those requirements at the outset and build the documentation to satisfy them as the work proceeds rather than reconstructing it during an audit.
Inspection and materials testing
We coordinate the inspection function, whether performed by agency staff, our personnel, or a third party, and we manage special inspection, materials testing, and source inspection so that the record of conformance is complete and organized at closeout.
Board and public reporting
Public projects require reporting that non technical decision makers can act on. Our monthly reports are written to be read by a council or board: current cost position, schedule status, change order summary with the reason for each, and a clear statement of any decision required, with the recommendation and its consequence.

Do you work under agency standard professional services agreements?
Yes. We regularly contract under city, county, district, and joint powers authority standard agreements, and we carry the insurance limits and endorsements those agreements typically require.
Can you support us during bid and award?
Yes. Bid document review, bid evaluation, responsiveness and responsibility analysis, protest evaluation, and award recommendation are common assignments. Catching a defective bid document before advertisement is considerably cheaper than a rebid.
Do you provide certified payroll review?
Yes. We monitor certified payroll for classification accuracy, rate compliance, apprenticeship ratios, and fringe benefit reporting, and we escalate discrepancies to the agency with a documented record. See prevailing wage compliance.
Are you familiar with school district projects?

Yes. We reconstruct and organize project documentation, analyze the finding against the actual record and the applicable requirement, and prepare a response. Preventing the finding is cheaper, which is why we build the file during construction.
