Tell us about the project

The most useful first conversation covers four things: where the site is, what you intend to build, what stage the design is in, and what deadline you are working against. Send us those through the form and we will respond with a candid view of whether we are the right firm.

How to reach the right person

Select the matching option in the form and your message routes directly to the group that handles it.

  • New project inquiries. Choose the closest service, or call the main line and ask for preconstruction.
  • Public agency and RFP responses. Include the solicitation number and due date in your message.
  • Legal and expert witness matters. Choose Expert witness and include the case caption, venue, and trial date.
  • Subcontractor and vendor prequalification. Choose Something else and include your license number, bonding capacity, and trade.
  • Employment. Choose Careers and employment. See our careers page first.

We do not publish an email address. Everything written comes through this form, which keeps the inbox clear of automated spam and means your message reaches a person on the first pass.

We reply to every inquiry within one business day. Your details are used only to respond to this request and are never sold or shared. See our privacy policy.

Where we work

Our office is in San Diego and our projects run from the border to the high desert.

Before you call

What information should I have ready?

The site address or parcel number, the intended use and approximate size, the current design stage, any geotechnical or civil work completed to date, and your target milestones. None of these are required, but each one shortens the path to a useful answer.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

No. The first conversation is free. We will tell you what a defensible scope of work would look like and what it would cost before you commit to anything.

How quickly can you mobilize?

Estimating and review assignments typically begin within one to two weeks. Full construction management staffing depends on project size and duration, and we will give you an honest availability answer rather than a hopeful one.

Do you sign nondisclosure agreements?

Routinely. Send yours with your inquiry, or ask us for ours.
