The project involves the complete site re-development of the 210-acre former General Dynamics Plant Facilities including construction of three miles of dedicated streets at Clairemont Mesa Blvd. & SR 163 for the City of San Diego. The project scope includes earthwork, storm, sewer and water lines, retaining walls, joint trench utilities, dry utility conversions from overhead to underground systems, surface improvements and landscaping.

J.T. Kruer & Company is construction manager for the project which was chosen by the American Society of Civil Engineers as the 2002 Project of the Year.

J.T. Kruer & Company provides full construction management and technical services including design review, preparation of bid documents and solicitation of bids consistent with the Public Works and governing agency requirements. In addition, we provide complete project administration including daily on-site management of contractor activities.
