The ESI/Tijuana Energy Project highlights the breakthrough of J.T. Kruer & Company into the construction management market in Mexico. The project involves development of a 46-acre 175-megawatt, single cycle, gas-fired power generating plant and associated roadway improvements.

The project involves program and construction management for the infrastructure, site development requirements and plant construction as well as off-site utility extensions and overhead transmission interconnection.

J.T. Kruer & Company provides bid solicitation, complete project administration including the management of design professionals and contractors. We oversee testing and inspections and act as a liaison with the Mexican government. Additionally, we provide the daily management of construction activities, as well as quality assurance.
