The Bressi Ranch Master Planned Community is one of the most prestigious addresses in San Diego’s North County.

The project included site development of the historic Bressi Ranch located at the intersection of Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real.

The project involved major earthmoving, development of six Residential Planning Areas, five major Industrial Sites and the construction of two major arterial roads, Poinsettia Lane and El Fuerte Street.

J. T. Kruer & Company coordinated and managed all of the City of Carlsbad Assessment District work for the major roadways, and supervised the completion of the mass grading, delivery of building pad and installation of site improvements and amenities. A successful partnering relationship was established with the Lennar Communities and the City of Carlsbad.

J. T. Kruer & Company effectively managed the site development and administrative functions and construction related to the Assessment District reimbursement. Services include extensive earthwork, underground utilities, major CIP water facilities, arterial roadway construction, median island enhancements and landscaping.
