	Supervise building or bridge abutments, grading, paving, and landscaping for SR125, between Fletcher Parkway and Mission Gorge Rd.
	Supervised grading, bridge abutments, and De-watering at Cannon Rd. and El Camino Real
	In charge of rock placement and De-watering at East Grove, for William Lions Co., and rock grading and blasting at the Gateway project in Poway, for Shea Homes.
	Supervised all grading activities at various jobs including Sunbow, Proctor Valley, and La Costa.
	Excavate basements Downtown San Diego, and set up truck hauls and traffic control, for Bosa Int.
	Responsible for all hiring of personnel, equipment moves, and personal moves.
	Responsible for tracking of quantities and budget on all jobs.

	Responsible for operation of specific jobs, personnel, and Equipment
	Jobs included are: Eastlake Greens , golf course, high school, and commercial, (12 million yds), Scripps Poway, and Rancho Del Rey Projects for McMillian development. North City West project for Pardee. Chino Hills Development.
	Supervised rock and dirt operations in various locations.
